Anyone remember a truly God-Awful murder of a young woman that occurred on Beacon St. in the Back Bay in I believe either 1980 or 81? I think her first name was Rosemary, or something like- she had a tattoo of a rose I think on her thigh. This was a dismemberment case and truly horrible. I'm pretty sure it happened between Dartmouth and Exeter or Dartmouth and Clarendon- the building was being condo-ed at the time. I never heard or read that it had been solved- and I lived very close by to where she had lived and also where she had died. Would love to know if this was ever solved- I think they had questioned one of the construction workers at the time.... Thanks in advance.
