I might be getting an offer from State Street. Can anyone tell me, do they have a 360 review process? I was told they have a 6 month and an annual review?

Do you receive ratings at each review, 6 months and a year?

Thanks for your help.

State Street or SSgA?

When I worked for State Street it was an annual review. With a 1-5 rating if I remember correctly.

Do you mean by 360 review, something like the reviews Fidelity is famous for where your performance is critiqued by your direct manager, coworkers and if you have any your direct reports?

I also hear it's not a great place to work. Burn and churn.
