I am looking to purchase a pet friendly (two dogs) condo in Boulder for about 175K. 1-2 bedroom, reasonable HOA dues with a stable HOA that has good reserves. I am looking near Manhattan Middle School but am open to other areas.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

There are quite a few on realtor.com, not sure about pets, in Boulder you do not own animals you are their "guardian" Boulder is usually pretty pet friendly. None of them say their policy on pets just that they accept cats or that there are restrictions, usually for dogs it is size and breed. I do not see HOA fees listed. Find a good realtor and have them search the MLS for those things. Some HOA fees are pretty high so make sure you find out what you are getting for that extra $300 a month.

You might consider the gunbarrel area...around Huntington Point, Powderhorn and willowbrook condos there is a swell off leash dog park as part of the parks around the complex. reasonable prices and great trails and services nearby....
