Unless you personally attend amateur boxing shows, you will very rarely see amateur boxing. Amatuer boxing is never shown on TV. Even during the Olympics it is rarely shown anymore. This is why no one but die hard boxing fans know the fighters anymore. At one time winning an Olympic medal meant big payday prospects for a fighter, now it almost means nothing.
