Have I made any improvements since the last video? Is there anything I should work and try to improve on?

You fighting stance looks more like an MMA fighter. I'm not sure if you are tring to Box or train for the MMA. Just my opinion.

Move your head more. The way you fight now gives your opponent an easy target, your head. Use more upper cuts and stiff jabs. Also when you throw a jab or hard right, breath out when you punch. That increases the effect of the punch when you hit somebody.
