Any motels that have cheap monthly rates? (Buffalo: leases, hotel)

I'm going to be staying in Buffalo for two months starting next week. I have called a few motels I found on tripadvisor but they either do not have monthly rates or want over $1000 which seems rather ridiculous to me seeing as how many 3 bedroom houses rent for less than that in Buff. Problem for me is they wouldn't be furnished and would probably want long leases. Anyone know of any good finds or ideas for me?

A 3 bedroom house + fully furnished, maid service, all utilities paid , phone , tv on a temporary basis for under 1000? When getting quotes tell them you don't need towels, linens, maid service etc and it might help bring down the price

If the hotel is decent it's not a bad price. If you find one cheaper keep in mind you get what you pay for
