I just heard on the news, that a bridge between upstate NY and Canada was cut from the latest "covid" bill. Does anyone know, was it being considered?

Had to google...the following is from February 25th:

'Republican leaders are speaking out against President Joe Biden’s $1.9 trillion Covid-19 relief bill, accusing Democrats of wasteful spending for items like a bridge in Upstate New York.

However, the $1.5 million request for the Seaway International Bridge, which connects the U.S. with Canada over the St. Lawrence River, came from President Donald Trump’s administration. The bridge is also located in GOP Rep. Elise Stefanik’s district in the North Country.'

The wording is a bit ambiguous as to whether or not that funding would go to building a new bridge or maintaining an old one, but given that there's a picture of an already-existing Seaway Int'l Bridge (which is in Massena btw, far away from WNY), I assume it's for repair as opposed to adding a twin span or something.
