Does anybody know the process for completing a Lot Line Adjustment in the City of Buffalo. The city website offers no information about any applications/fees/permits that must be done.

I bought a house with absolutely no yard, the land parcel is about 1' larger than the footprint of my house. The house next to mine has a side yard that they really don't use, and I want to approach them about purchasing that portion of their parcel from them. But in order to do this properly, I need to know the amount of any fees that I will incur to do this.

I believe if the neighbor agrees to do this, we can perform a lot line adjustment, since our parcels are adjacent to each other, and we can essentially just redefine the boundary between our parcels. Anybody done this before? Or know where I can find the necessary info?
