How much tourism does Burlington get? I couldn't find much information online. For our next vacation we were planning on spending a few days there. When does the ski season start in and end in Vermont?

I know Burlington is a college town, but I've always suspected they got a decent amount of tourism due to the lake and proximity to the mountains and ski resorts.

We want to stay at a B&B, any part of town we should aim for or stay away from. For our vacation we will be traveling from Montreal to NYC via Burlington.

Tons of it. Downtown is primarily a tourist centered economy.

Thanks. I thought so, but I wasn't sure. Seems like a beautiful town in a great location.

When are the peak tourist seasons? Summer? Ski Season? Christmas and New Years? All of the above?
