i am thinking about stating my own home care agency in Northern Virginia, but i don't know where to start. i have my background and degrees in community health care and public health. i am hoping someone can help me start my own business.. Any help is appreciated.. thanks..

I searched google.com for home care agency to see what exactly that was. I saw many listed for sale which is not good. Why are so many selling?
