The largest Veteran's Day Parade on the West Coast is said to be Fresno's. Today will be the 91st annual edition.

Fresno's parade will be broadcast live by the Pentagon to those serving around the world, an expected audience of millions of viewers.

The Fresno Veteran's Day Parade will include 240 entries, 9000 participants including veterans and their families, 22 marching bands, floats, equestrians, restored military equipment, etc. Thousands will line the streets.

Here is a short TV report including some video of last year's parade.

After the parade, the national Legion of Valor museum in Fresno will be open. The Legion of Valor is composed of the recipients of the highest military awards (Medal of Honor, Navy Cross, Air Force Cross and the Distinguished Service Cross).

It is unfortunate that some people confuse those who serve in the military with the political decisions.

Personally I salute and respect those who have chosen to serve and those who have given their lives.

I found the Pentagon Channel's livestreams, currently I've been watching the Veteran's Day Parade from New York City.

Next up is Obama's speech followed by Biden laying the wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns.

The Fresno parade will be broadcast on the Pentagon Channel link above starting at what appears to be 4:15pm ET/1:15pm PT. That sounds like they are rebroadcasting the live coverage from a Fresno TV station since the parade starts here at 11am.

I respect most of those who have served our country honorably & given their lives for our country.

Applebees is giving away a free meal today for all veterans. Its good food & dine in only.
