Me, either, but the use of the word is debated frequently on this forum, probably by people who don't live here.

'Hella' and 'Cali' usage

Is it only Northern California people say "hella" instead of "very"?

Plenty of people.

"Hella" is almost as annoying as "Cali." Can't stand either of those terms.

I've never used that word and I never will

When I moved from the south to the north it was a pretty terrible adjustment, but now that I've been here for 4 years I've gotten used to it. I've even dropped "the" in front of highway names, but no way am I adopting that slang lol

Or is it Missouruh? Maybe Mizoo or Miseree. And I'm a native Californian, not a Califoreigner (slang for a disgruntled Californian who moves to another state then tries to change it into what they left behind).

Like so obviously wrong. The most used slang word in like California is like duh, so obvious. Hella can't like even compete. Like try it. That's like hella cool, man has like nothing on like.

The whole thing is just a guess. No one in MN says Uff Da anymore except as the punch line to a joke.
