Currently CA has a GDP of $2.940 trillion as of 2019 with a growth rate of 3.3% the 3rd fastest growing in the country. CA is set to become the first state to pass 2 trillion, and the 1st state to pass 3 trillion as well economically. Even more socialized entities than California renegotiate their outstanding pension liabilities when they have to. The pension issue is a big one, but it is not the fatal sword of Damocles that many claim it to be.

But if forced to answer, I'd say any state that isn't quickly turning blue would be trumplandia.
