2020 Census: CA Places by Average Family Income, $250,000+ (Bakersfield, Santa Rosa: homes, castle)

This was just released last week with other 5-year data estimates from the Census Bureau. The tiny Marin county town of Nicasio tops the state ranking this year, I'm thinking maybe a billionaire moved there thus lifting the town average wayyyyy up?

Hillsborough surpassed Atherton, which is interesting, otherwise, there is not much change over the past 20 years or so, there are now 76 places in California that have an average family income of $250,000+

And yet mo' money mo' problems it seems. I remember 15 or so years my single self having a talk with a buddy that if only we could make $70,000 a year we would be set. Oh, how naïve we were.
