possibly moving from surburban VA to rural KY? Will my insurance drop? (company)

I live in the VA surburbs of DC. I may be moving to rural KY. does your insurance drop by a lot when you move from an urban area to the rural area? I'm a 19 yr old male so i know i'll still get ripped off but will i see a drop in my $165 a month insurance payment?
