I live in the VA surburbs of DC. I may be moving to rural KY. does your insurance drop by a lot when you move from an urban area to the rural area? I'm a 19 yr old male so i know i'll still get ripped off but will i see a drop in my $165 a month insurance payment?

The only person who can answer that is your insurance company/agent. Call them and ask them how it would affect your rate to move to ZIP code XXXXX.
