As long as price isn't a huge concern, the No. 1 & 2 would be my pick, mainly because of the climbing planks they have. I know personally of instances where cats stopped using their trees/condos because they had to jump up to the platforms, and that became difficult for them as they aged. I have a chair next to my tree now, so both of my seniors can climb up & use it.
Some trees can be top-heavy & unstable (& needing an upper anchor of some sort), but that's hard to know until you have it assembled. Just something to keep in the back of your mind when looking.
I've had the Armakat Classic and others by the company. I found them to be the best all around. They are sturdy, materials are of quality...and my cats loved it. Right now I have a smaller Armakat to use under a window....
I liked Armakat, but not for long term. They use a fleece or something like it (not sure how to describe it), instead of carpet on the shelves. Not as heavy duty.
The shelves are wood, but the posts are a heavy cardboard type. A person can only re-do the sisal rope so many times.
You can get a great deal on an armarkat tree on ebay, if you pay attention. In my experience, they need to be at least 60" tall, because my cats will ignore the lower levels.
I have one now that is slowly falling apart, but I've had it several years.
My only advice is make sure your cat fits. I have a pretty large male cat and he would not fit on some of the dinky little shelves I see. At least not in a comfortable position.
I have an ottoman next to it so he doesn't have to jump all the way to the (hard) floor on the way down as he is a senior now.
I also have the base weighed down with some weight plates (flat, unobtrusive) for extra stability though its in a corner.
I have two, and both I bought at our local pet store (a regional chain). They don't have a brand name, but they have proven to be sturdy (one is 10 years old and doing well).
Two things we've noticed: the curved sleeping perches (shaped like a letter C) and preferred to straight. And having an open tunnel at the bottom is run for the cats to run through.
I have four cat trees, three of them are right in front of a set side windows. They love to sit in them and watch the squirrels outside. Mine all have comfortable large carpeted curved top rims and scratching posts which they scratch the heck out of. I like the looks of the first one in your link.
