What beautiful cats! This is such a great thread for all of us proud parents to post pics of our kids lol as The Shredder as Misty is known is out of control now - just like my DS was when it was nighty night time. Go insane, then zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Oh beautiful. So peacefully dreaming.
Question: How does leather fare with cats? I have two leather bar stools that are totally destroyed. All my furniture is microfiber and I wanted to get a leather sectional for the family room but I'm afraid it will not last 10 minutes. I have 4 cats. What do you think?
Milo looks like a peaceful sweetheart.
STLCardsBlues1989 I hope your cat is doing well post-surgery.
vpcats, I also wondered about the leather furniture in the last few photos. We have a leather chair, had it before we got our cats. They have never scratched our furniture on purpose. But the chair looks "distressed" from the occasional chase through the living room -- their claws have done a number on it. I wouldn't buy another piece of leather furniture as long as we have cats. JMHO

I have nothing but leather! Wouldn't have anything else. Cats leave it alone, no kneading and it doesn't collect hair. I'll admit, a few small scratches, but it covers over really well with a leather conditioner.
Walked around the cornor to my computer yesterday and found this: Why Jax loves to sit atop of Dylan is beyond me!
Thanks! Milo doesn't claw anything, so our leather furniture is no problem. We actually bought the couch the week before we adopted Milo. I was a little nervous about it. His foster mom told us not to worry, because she switched to leather furniture due to cats scratching her previous couch. She had at least 6 cats and they never felt the urge to scratch leather. I can see how it could get "distressed" if you have cats chasing each other though!
Dylan is so sweet and comfy. I wish I could snuggle with him, too. So cute!

Oh - Dylan is just a great warm, soft perching place! Doncha think?
That's a darling picture. Dylan certainly looks tolerant of it all, or maybe he actually likes it. . .this is just too cute.
Thanks Macrina! Dylan and Jax are actually the best of buds. Where I find one, I find the other. All of our cats love "The Big D" and vice-a-versa
