They do look A LOT alike, but I'm pretty sure those are both pictures of Minka They have a different nose, Leighton's nose comes down a bit at the tip which can be seen in other pics.

I'm not going to argue, but I think whoever posted that originally made a mistake posting that as Leighton, unless they seriously photoshopped her nose. Leighton's nose is shorter, a bit wider, and comes down at the tip.
