The three of them are about the same in term so fame. Who do you think will be more famous in 5 years when they are into their late 20s?

Madonna has been famous for 30 years. Why can't Miley be famous for 10 years?

Demi can actually sing.

Selena has the look, personality, and some acting skills.

It's not that hard to believe that one or more of them will be still very famous 5 years from now.

I think Miley will reach the point where she won't know what to do with herself.

I don't know who Demi is, so I'm going with Selena.

Miley is going to run out of ways to shock people, and she's going to realize that the only way to sustain her career is to become respectable again. And she's not going to know how to do that while still eschewing the Disney persona.

Lady Gaga had that issue ... she had to give up on meat dresses and being birthed from an egg. But she at least has the grace (and talent) to pull off an old Hollywood style. Miley doesn't have that.

The problem that Selena and Demi have is that in most people's minds, they're largely interchangeable.

Miley has a very good voice and could be a real singer of real music someday. I think she has the best chance of a sustained career.

Miley is smart and will go with a more mature image as she gets older I think. I see her doing contemporary or folky music like Sheryl Crow, That kind of sound. Selena I think will do less music and go into Film and TV full time. I think Demi will fade out but maintain a career on a smaller level. I say Miley wins this one.

One thing about popular musicians-Many who had very hot careers still make a good living off of royalties and touring for a sizable following of fans. 80's groups like the hair metal bands and freestyle groups are still active despite not playing large venues. Good to see those who are still performing.

I don't completely understand popularity but I feel like Miley will be the bigger star. She knows how to market herself. Like her dad said she knows what she is doing. I think she knows that she can't have this image forever so she will change it up.
Demi can sing and a lot of troubled girls consider her a role model. She is also portraying this newfound confidence that seems to be getting a lot of positive feedback so she may be the second most popular.
Selena will most likely fade and just be known as the girl who dated Justin Bieber and was formerly Demi's bestie. I kinda like her but the majority of people don't consider her an artist (myself included) I think the only way she can keep this from happening is she goes back to just being an actress and find some eye catching roles because I do think she is a good actress.

None of the above, there'll be a New Big Star.

These girls - sorry but I cant see any of them lasting much longer. They just haven't got enough star quality or (dare I say it) sheer talent.

Cyrus will be lucky not to join the 27 club at the rate she's going.

Miley will eventually grow into a more mature adult pop singer and she is the only one out of the three with a recognizable name that people from all generations know. Gomez, well, she will never be as popular as the other Selena and unless one follows entertainment news, celebrity gossip, and so on both Gomez and Demi will remain relatively unknown as far as the general public is concerned.
