Oh, and Kenny Chesney and George Strait too. The question would be....er...oh yeah, "wanna come for a drink?".

Jodie Foster so I could speak French with Her ( her French is near fluent and no trace of an accent -very impressive) and discuss literature.

Gabriel Byrne to discuss the theatre and Irish literature and playwrights whilst gazing at his deep wonderful eyes over dinner. He is just so gorgeous, funny and so well read and his intellect is as impressive as his Irish charm so a winner for me on all counts.

Anthony Bourdain to discuss travelling whilst he cooks for me ! I would love to ask him what is favourite world spots are and what his least favourite food is ( having myself eaten some pretty bizarre foods on my travels I would love to compare notes)

Merry Streep to ask what on earth she was thinking doing "The Devil loves Prada" .

Bono so I could ask where it all went wrong and when exactly his head reached such huge proportions....

Tim Robbins and Susan Sarandon just because they seem like a great and very witty couple with good social engagements I believe in .

Kate Beckinsale - because she's my celebrity crush. But I would just want to talk to her to find out what kind of person she's really like. I'm afraid I would find out she's not a nice person in general, and that would be disappointing!

I wouldn't mind meeting Morgan Freeman, either. He seems like the dad/grandfather every boy wanted to have growing up. But, again, not one particular question - just finding out about him overall as a person.

Not a celebrity, but R.A. Salvatore is my favorite author. If I could have lunch with him, I would ask him one question... as hard as it is to write a book and get into the world where it will actually be published, is it worth it to go through all the headaches to get to that point?

Katie Holmes so I could ask her what on earth she was thinking when she hooked up with Tom "Cruising for a Clue." And then I'd tell her to take the darn bottle away from her adorable 2 1/2 year old!
