Well, last night my SO told me to "stop fantasizing about Jason Momoa" when I mistakenly thought he would be in The Expendables 2, so I guess right now it's Jason Momoa.
But I have an ongoing thing for Rufus Sewell and Jet Li, and I'm really looking forward to seeing Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Dracula and Henry Cavill as Superman. Those last two had me at The Tudors. Whew!

In the '80s, it was Phoebe Cates. In the '90s, it was Jennifer Aniston. Today I think it's Hayden P. from Heroes/Nashville, but maybe because she reminds me of someone I know, whom I had a real-life crush on for years.
It's been a looong time since I had a celebrity crush, but when I was an impressionable teenager I had a crush on Carol Lynley. Of course, nobody under 40 today has even heard of her lol. There was a time when she had a lot of TV appearances (Carson, etc) and I couldn't get enough of her on the (small or large) screen.
And like most baby boomer boys I had a crush on Dawn Wells - Ginger did not do it for me at all.
