A friend, who is older in age, wanted to order a smartphone from Sprint. They have the money, but do not have a credit card or a debit card. I used my card to pay his $42 fee for the order. They called him and told him they refused my card. He didn't understand why, and neither do I. i asked him to call back today and ask if there is another way to pay. He already has an iPhone with Sprint that he was trying to upgrade, so he has a history with them for four years. Does anyone know an alternative way to pay by check?. He's an old man who doesn't want a credit card or debit card. Is it the only way?

Or just get an Amex or Visa pre-paid card.
