FINALLY. I just got my son a new one 2 weeks ago but they credited it back for me. I did have to ask for a supervisor 1st bc the rep tried to tell me since I’d already agreed to it there was nothing they could do. Then after talking to the supervisor, she came back and told me that as a “one time courtesy” they’d do it. I didn’t bother pointing out that since they got rid of it, it wouldn’t happen again anyway.

We love it. They don't always have the coolest phones, but their customer service and lower prices make up for it. I don't know yet how my son likes the new phone, it's for xmas, but I think he'll like it. My husband and I both have blackberries from them and we'll never go back to a regular phone again.

I was interested in the gps software. This would enable me to carry not 2 but 1 device while hiking. I don't really care about cool or texting just a good strong google-ability

I wish AT&T would do this. I am sure eventually they will do it. ::crosses fingers just in case::
Is it not enough I just bought a new phone?
$18 on top of the $80 bucks I spent for a new phone.

T Mobile is a really great service, it just gets over-shadowed by verizon and cingular.
