Has anyone had any experience with this builder?

My step son is looking into buying a home from them in the Spring Grove subdivision on Cypress Garden Rd.

They also build in Cane Bay.

Very nice homes...lousy customer service.
We live in Cane Bay and were promised amenities when we moved in and they still aren't built. We have basically been getting the run around for 2 years now. Every summer we here - "oh wait till next year when more homes have been built" (75 are already built by the way). Now, we are being told there is no time line for the pool/amenity center at all. It's pathetic....Customers have been lied to.

Our HOA dues are not cheap and there really isn't anything being done to justify the high prices. My advice, be very wary.

There's quite a few people Tom who live in CB, CD members, that can help you with this one. From a looker when I checked them out they seem to be built fairly nice.

EDIT: Kev already jumped on it

Spring Grove already has an amenities center. New pool and grill area at the first roundabout. Personally I like the Harbor Homes subsection in Spring Grove called Fisher's Wood. Nice floor plans and houses there, small quiet subsection.
