Is there such an area or places in Charleston or surrounding areas that would allow a very small home owned business in Wholistic Health Care where the people can live as well? I know it has to do with zoning laws, but where would I go to find out. I appreciate any feedback or professional contacts.
My husband is a licensed Massage Therapist and other healing modalities and I am a spiritual counselor/ Reverend.

This is specific to Savannah Hwy in the city of Charleston - see Sec 54-224:

I'm sure there are other areas but this area of West Ashley came to mind first.

There are some areas that are actually zoned that way, in Summerville they are along Cedar Street....
