Okay, I can't take it any longer... If I live in central Missouri am I what you all (Charlestonians) consider a "Yankee"? Tell me the truth, I can take it.

Yeah no ... I've yet to hear anyone use that term here.

Reality > Stereotypes

I don't know of anyone who would consider a person from Missouri to be a Yankee. Missouri is not Yankee territory.

Take it from a Yankee, you are not one, so don't worry.

Some of us North Easterners are crazy Lib-rulz. Hey, that's the way we are!

But I have a bunch of new neighbors now who couldn't care less, as long as we're good people.
And let me tell you, some are pretty much batsh*t crazy in their own ways, so there ya go.

Life is good.

I neglected to add that I am a transplanted Yankee....When I lived in Georgia I was even introduced once as a *GOOD* Yankee
