1. Crowfield Is a great neighborhood in GC
2. Beverly Hills- IT's no beverly hills
3. Devon Forest -Also good neighborhood
4. Sangaree- a lt of crime in the news lately-kid gangs etc
5. Bradford chase- nice neighborhood
6. Scotts Mill- nice also

I'd stay away from Beverly Hills and Sangaree. The others are all pretty good.

Crowfield and Scotts Mill are your best bet. Sangaree is really bad and Bradford Chase is a year away from becoming a smaller Sangaree. Devon Forest is somwhere in the middle.

Stay out of Sangaree. It will also be tough to sell there if you need to move.
