I know... someone would ask this question...
imho, it would be more desirable to pick the brains of some super smart and lucky business people who grows or turns a 1 million (revenue) startup or existing business but with a tiny net profit into a 10 million to 50 million or even more business but a hefty net profit margin of 20 to 30% in 2 to 3 years time frame vs someone started a tiny business that grows 500% in just one year but its addressable total market is only a few millions of dollars Not billions of dollars.
That's what I would call "extremely successful". What's your definition btw?

Thanks.
That's a pretty specific definition. I haven't really thought about it that way but I'd probably just say someone who could make money ethically. The money can be measured but the ethical component is subjective which makes it an imprecise definition I'm afraid.
1) fyi, "extremely successful business people" and "Extremely Successful people" are two separate but related terms
hint: the latter includes the former and more...
2) people here (on this forum) may know some extremely successful business people in Charleston and/or beyond... who knows...
My response didn't require an analysis, I just neglected to include "business" in my sentence. I still stand behind the statement "Extremely Successful business people don't spend time on social media."

If this is about starting a spider monkey breeding business I'm afraid the idea is already taken by me.
Wait, you're doing that too?
