Hi! I was wondering if anyone might be able to recommend a good handyman for odd jobs around the home and repairs. I have run into requests for repairs on homes which I had inspected and the inspection company I am using steps back from making repairs (!) Hey for that matter, is anyone in love with their home inspector? Would love to know... :-)

I'm a realtor and have a wonderful handyman, very reliable and reasonable. You can PM me and I can give you his name and number. I have used him and have recommended him to many of my clients.

Two pieces of advice:
1) Demand proof of Workers Compensation insurance and call the insurance company to verify the coverage.
2) NEVER pay by the hour...always get a line item quote for what you want done.

Where are you located? What is the nature of the work? I employ every discipline of subcontractor, vendor, eqpt operator, etc...I'd be glad to help.
