For those of you who know someone or have done so... We are thinking about Marvn creek, we want to sign a contract with out selling our houe first - Does anyone know what happens if your house is ready and your other house is not sold - does Toll Brothers give you an extension or do they take your deposit and put it on the market. Has anyone experienced this. I know I can ask the sales people, but I thought I would ask you guys first.

You may also be able to let them hold that money for another home in Marvin Creek. Some builders will do that. Not sure if Toll will?
