Just want to get some thoughts about Sunset Road area. I currently live in a subdivision there and am not sure if I should stay or move. Then, where to move to? I'm a single woman and I can afford my house right now. It's close to 77, 85, 485 and Northlake Mall. My concern about the area is the neighbor changing since these homes are in the lower price range. It's a tough decision, should I stay or go. So, any advise and input will really help me.

If you are referring to the homes off Reames Road between sunset and north lake parkway I was actually impress of the homes in that area.

I didnt know there was homes around there I thought it was just a buisness park type road.
The homes in that area look fine to me and it appeared to be a safe location.
I also felt that the short distance to the mall is a added bonus.

check the cmpd website for the crime maps and see if that area has had any problems for reassurance.

I honestly don't even trust my drive on Sunset Rd. to get to 77. I would move out of there.

I think the area is volitle due to the over building and the risk for over developing and the risk of the area becoming devalued and people losing on their realestate investments. Huntersville would be a better option.
