Lexington BBQ festival.
The Barbecue Festival, Lexington NC

You can ride the train from Charlotte, Kannapolis or Salisbury, although you'll arrive at either 8am or 1pm and there's only 1 return train at 7pm.

Shedule of entertainment looks good.

Barbecue Festival was last weekend.

That link you provided is for next year.

Chairman of Board has played at quite a few Lexington BBQ festivals they was even at first one 28 years ago.
Billy Ray Syrus around 5th year and a few years ago Jeff Timmons performed.
