Default Licenses Contractor, Charlotte

Give a looksee to AIM Home Improvement. He's on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/AimImprovements

He's Mike Moneta and lives in my neighborhood off Sardis Road North (Monroe Road area, near Matthews). He's done a couple dozen projects in the immediate area, not to mention all over the area. He just recently extended our deck. He's very competitive on price and the quality of the work is tops. I got his name from a real estate agent who lives in the neighborhood. He does a lot of her work on houses when he's available. If you can get him, he's going to give you quality. As with any contractor, two of the biggest delays are waiting for Lowes or HD to deliver materials and weather.

He's bonded and insured - a MUST when dealing with any contractor. His phone # on his web site is 704-609-0011. If he's not backed up with projects, he's an excellent choice.

Try Eric Hoffman Service Company. He and his men are craftsmen who do an excellent job. We've had several major and minor repairs and changes done to our house. He's done an excellent job every time. His prices are almost always in the ball park with all of the other estimates that we get for work. When he is appreciably higher than the rest, it's because he has done a more thorough job of checking out the job. I got his name from an inspection company that respects the guy a lot.

Last year or two ago, we needed some renovation done to the inside of the house. Neither my husband nor I could stay and babysit the work crew for two days, so we were able to trust his guys in his house while we were gone. I can't say enough good things about the guy and his men. If he can't do the job, he'll tell you and give you a reference.
