Can anyone recommend a good closing attorney and home inspector, preferably reasonably priced.

The home is located in off Central Ave. in East charlotte.

Here in Winston I could... but I will recommend that you focus on finding the attorney first.
As for costs most are rather modest so don't let $100 one way or another get in the way.

Your realtor should be able to give you a list of good inspectors and lawyers to choose from

Look up in Angies List; Joe funderburk is one of toppers in home inspections in that list.
