Recruiter-Is anyone hiring? (Charlotte, Matthews: sales, corporate, location)

Hello my Charlotte friends! My hubby just got laid off, he is a recruiter. Does anyone know of anyone hiring Corporate Recruiters? He has 3 years recruiting experience and 8 years sales experience. He is a great employee and would be an asset to any company. His previous company needed to make cuts and he has letters of recommendations from all 3 of his past bosses. Thanks!

I'm not sure if he has looked into them but I do know Family Dollar was hiring for Recruiters at their corporate location in Matthews. I saw the listing maybe a week or two ago, but I am pretty sure it is still up there.
