For those of you still using CATV to get TV and/or Internet, be prepared to pay more tomorrow.

They are going to start hitting sports fans directly in the pocket. At least you can avoid the modem fee if you purchase your own.

If you have one of their promotions, the price increase won't take effect until your promotional rate expires.

Not surprisingly you forgot to mention that one can call the retention department and get their price lowered....(like I've been doing for years!)

And thank you for advising to enjoy my TV! I will!

No surprise at all. The rate you get it lowered too, if they actually will do it, will now be higher.

Umm, they've been lowering my rate every time I call the retention department.

I have the best of both worlds as I find a ton of value w/cable, and I haggle on pricing.

Always remember, different strokes..what you and some others have difficulty understanding is that people value things differently.

I don't understand why you come here hating on people. If you enjoy TWCs fun and games, nobody is faulting you for it.
