I have a trip planned to visit Charlotte for the first time on May 10th (Sunday). I currently live in Wilmington, NC and want to look into the apartments. I currently live at a Bell Apartment (leasing company) and was wondering which ones I should check out in Charlotte. Due to it being sunday they have limited hours so I will probably only check out 2 or 3. Price range is around $900 to $1,100 for 2 bedroom 2 bath.

On the south end of Charlotte, they have Providence Court and Matthews Pointe.
On the north side they have Waterford Hills, Northlake, Harris Pond, Lodge at Mallard Creek and Mallard Creek.

The reason I am staying with this leasing company is because I would only have a $300 transfer fee when I move instead of breaking my lease. I know a large factor in where I want to live will depend on where I find work, but I would still like to check out the apartment for now. I am 27 right now and have 4 years experience working for a bank. Thanks for any help.

I would find out where you would be working first, those listed are far apart. Are you transferring with your current bank job?

No, not transferring, I am going to start applying for jobs this week. I know that where I work will determine where I will live, but I just thought I would check out the apartments while I am visiting.
