Husband / Wife and 4 kid coming from NY torn between job offer in RTP / Charlotte area (Charlotte pays more).
Wants a nice family town/city till we push all the kids off to college in about 3 years and then begin to enjoy our personal time together again.
Looking for advice/opinion on.
(1) RTP vs Charlotte
(2) Short commute time (30min max) to uptown Charlotte
(3) Safe Town / City with good high school. (diverse population, so that kids can fit in with little stress)
