We are looking for a car service/shuttle from Charlotte to Greensboro airport. We have looked into a one way rental, but you get a big drop off fee. Looking to fly north one way from GSO, so parking our car there wouldn't help.

I would just rent a car one way and drop it off @ the airport. I can't imagine that there would be an inexpensive way to get there, it's probably not a popular enough route...
