I was on my way to Target at Afton Village today and noticed a sign for this new development. The sign says homes from the 200's. The neighborhood will be not far from the new Odell elementary school (grades 3-5). I wonder where they are going to put all those kids. They will need another elementary school and middle school.

I saw that the other day too! Also saw Taylor Morrison & MI Homes are also opening a community (Allen Mills) at Cox Mill Road (if heading up from Poplar its on the right before the schools).

Yes, I heard about this one before I saw the sign. They also wanted to put townhomes in and that was struck down. That road doesn't need anymore traffic on it especially when the HS starts and dismisses and then you have CIS around the corner.
