Its official now, we closed on our home just a few mins ago. what a relief. we were in the market (Tega Cay) for about 3 months and got a contract last month.
it was really helpful reading this forum. the market seems to be mostly dead so it was such a blessing to get a no contingent offer.
we had a GREAT REALTOR who staged our home and priced it well. all in all - happy that we can now breathe comfortably since we are already relocated to a different country.
our realtor did our closing on our behalf with a POA.
