Hi, Does anyone have information about good places (Clinics or hospitals) for PTs? My husband will soon finish up his physical therapy school in August and is starting to look for jobs.. we are thinking about moving to Charlotte. Thanks for the input!

Any other info about salary would be great too.

Have you googled our hospital systems here? Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) and Presbyterian (Novant System). Plus, there are many others, some of wh/ are affiliated w/ two main systems, and some stand-alones.

PT jobs are in demand. Salaries start in the mid-60s.

Also, don't forget nursing homes and rehab centers as well as orthopaedic surgeons' practices.

Ortho-Carolina is tops here in Charlotte - you might want to have him apply there

I actually just saw somewhere that there is a large hospital in Arlington VA looking for several Physical Therapists.

I am sure there are some PT jobs in the Charlotte market if this is where you are looking.
