So the wife and I are moving up there on Friday (can't wait). We are leaving Florida around 4 in the a.m. (she is not real excited about this. haha) and plan to get into Charlotte around noon time. So here is my question...I seen on a forecast that you guys might get rain Friday. And I was wondering if the rain was like that in Florida as in usually in the afternoon round 3ish?????? I had planned on making the wife ride in the back of the truck and wanted to know the chances of her getting wet!
Rain here doesn't work like clockwork. And, it sneaks up on you sometimes. It has rained on and off all day today, with sunshine inbetween. Right now it is overcast, but the weatherman just said a tornadic hail storm will hit in under an hour. It's very unpredictable.

Since you are only allowing eight hours for your trip, I assume your not planning on feeding your wife on the up! How about potty breaks? Seriously, it will take you at least 8 hrs to get from Orlando to Charlotte and that is with no stops. I've made this trip many times in the last two years visiting my son in college. As a matter of fact,I'm flying to Orlando Friday for his graduation! I'm hoping to never see Orlando again after this weekend.
