I hope you are right. But my house is coming up on its 6-month anniversary of being for sale and I recently dropped another $10k on the price. Not trying to pee on your parade, but it may take a while.
Fortunately, 6 months from now is still prime buying season - so I hope your timing is better than mine has been.
And been meaning to say, I just know you are going to love being a part of Shalom Park when you get here. There are so many great people there, I know you'll make lots of connections and friends in no time
Loves I went to my freinds house hense also she is a realtor that works with me we are working my listing together since im so close to it she does the negotiating, anyway Im a nite owl unfortuantley and always go to bed late but Tonight She gave me CAFFINE, which is a no no at 9:30pm...lol
(Suppose that means I should be replacing my current listing realtor when my current listing is up...)
After six months I'd say you should definitely do something different. I heard on the news how in some markets out in California sellers are "sweetening" the deal by offering perks to whoever buys their home like trips to Disney World or cruises!
