Does anyone know who the guy is that rides around Charlotte and Matthews on a small bike. Everywhere I go I seem to see him and he is always just happily cycling along. He looks like he is in his 30's and has a funny sort of Mohawk hairstyle. I was just wondering and am not planning on approaching him but was just interested. He waves to everyone and seems as happy as can be

OMG!! i see this guy almost every dat, white male in his 30's, small bmx bike, short mohawk kinda like chuck liddell with a backpack!! i dont know but it looks shady...
I knew exactly who you were talking about almost immediately. Unfortunatly, I don't know anything more about him other than he does smile all the time and he gets around.
I've been amazed at the different parts of town I've seen him on that bmx bike, and I'd would pay to know what he has in that back pack! Maybe just a sack lunch, or maybe a huge bag of happy pills, I mean how many other people do you know who can ride their bike around all the time smiling?
I wouldn't guess him to be shady as much as I'd guess a little mental (sorry if that's not the best PC was to describe it).
I would love to know more if anyone knows him...
