Hi to all,

I am an opera lover and I see that the CLT opera company has a Fall schedule. They are playing Faust this weekend and I am tempted to get tickets but I have no experience with this company. Do any of you have experience/info regarding this company? Faust is far from my favorite, but I do miss going to a performance this time of the year. If any of you have any imput/info/opinion on this, please reply here or Direct Message me. I am specifically thinking of a matinee. Thanks for any help. Best, Kitt

I'm also an opera lover and my wife and I went to see Faust last weekend. We both enjoyed it (especially Chester Patton as Mephistopheles), though it is not the Met Opera, Staatsoper, or Arena di Verona. Make sure you get tickets for the Orchestra or Grand Tier levels, the view from the Mezzanine and Balcony level is terrible. I'd go if I was you!

You can also check out Classical music concerts, operas, oratorios, recitals near you - Classical Concert Guide for operas in Charlotte / NC or go directly to Opera Carolina. Can't wait for this year's season to start.
