We also looked at a Beazer home in Mallard Lake that seems very nice and conveniently located, but were unsure about the school district and the fact that there is a towering mountain of construction debris adjacent to the development. Any thoughts?

If you're working with a Realtor have him/her check with the planning and zoning board for you to find out what's going on with the construction.
