Duke Power bill DOUBLES over last year: HELP!

duke power secretly and remotely runs your heat pump so they are the ones causing your bill to go up which isvery loop hole conveniant for them....sound crazy ? .....its not ...digital means two way and they do have the tech to do it and they are doing it...they had me sweating this summer cutting my heat pump off ...then it would be so hot in here when the air did suddenly start by itsself that it would run for 4 hours just to get it cool again....i had to call a technichian out and pay him twice to tell me nothing was wrong with my 3 yr old heat pump,,,,,i called duke twice for them to lie to me and tell me i was not sighned up on thier rider program....i made it clear to them i did not want to be on it .....i kept digging and found out they did have me on it and was shutting my air off ....it did not save me but cost to run the air so hard to get cooled back off....now if they can cut it on and off then they can run what they want to when they want to to suit thier pocket book.....we all need to investigate, document, and put that monopoly back in thier place ....dont you think its time?...they are robbing us little by little...i do not have the added extra metal box they say you have to have for duke to have you on the rider program, only a digital meter....thats all they need to run your power remotely.....check it out for yourselves but know that wolves in sheeps clothing are hard to discern and therefore theres alot of work to be done on our part and we will have to be fearless and stick together or they will keep taking away from us and our families.
