Searching for Warehouse/Showroom leasing (Tryon: for sale, houses, designer)

Hello,

Does anyone know if there are any warehouses for lease where there are a lot of traffic, I am searching for a location where it is near intersections, preferably on S. Blvd, West and East Morehead St., and South and North Tryon St., (where architect and designer firms are mostly located & nearby + warehouse must be visible from the street road) warehouse size would be between 1000-5000sq, and our business is distributing antique solid marble fireplace mantels, marble water fountains, and columns. Showroom not really required.

If anyone could help, that would be great. Thanks!

Dolly......There is a place I know for sure that is for sale or lease...it has a showroom and plenty of warehouse space. It use to be where Signs Etc. had their business in the 4000 block of South Blvd....across the street from Dat-a-Syst and Accent Glass. There is a lot of traffic that goes by...and also the traffic has to stop at the light at Scaleybark...so people would see your business. There is also a large warehouse next to Dat-a-Syst (a computer company)....that has a showroom.
