In years past this area always had a late Spring frost that damaged alot of the peaches.
I cant remember the last time we didnt have a late frost. This year is being good to the peaches.

I make peach jam each year from the local peach supply. I've recently run out so I am looking forward to the harvest. Time to get out the canner and jars.

We bought a bushel from the Peach Stand last year and froze them with Fruit Fresh. Great to use for topping ice-cream and making cobbler!
